Maxwell Briskman Stanfield is a member of the Corporate & Business Law, Real Estate & Lending, MUSolutions and Non-Profit practice groups. His experience covers a broad range of corporate, business, financial and commercial real estate transactions. Maxwell assists clients primarily with the drafting and interpretation of contracts; the purchase and sale of businesses; the purchase, sale and leasing of real property; the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of commercial lending transactions; the formation and representation of nonprofit organizations and the formation and structuring of business entities. His clients include businesses, individual business owners, start-ups, investors, nonprofit organizations, and other entrepreneurs. In addition, he has experience with franchise agreements and a wide variety of matters in the hospitality and entertainment industry, including the drafting, negotiating and review of agreements relating to hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, and country clubs. 

Maxwell received his law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California and his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and Spanish from Washington & Jefferson College.
