Danielle is a Director of Service Organization Control (SOC) Reporting in BDO’s Assurance Services Department.  She possesses over 14 years of IT audit and advisory experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. She has been responsible for managing numerous large public and private company engagements regarding Internal Controls, specifically SOC 1 and SOC 2 reporting, SOX 404 compliance testing, and information technology general control reviews.
