Tammy received her Master’s Degree in Administration of Justice, with a concentration in Juvenile Justice, from Shippensburg University. She started her professional career as a Dauphin County Juvenile Probation Officer and spent eleven years serving that county, initially as a street probation officer and then in a supervisory role. Tammy made a lateral supervisory move to an organization called PA Mentor where she eventually became the Program Manager of services in Harrisburg, Lancaster and Chambersburg. Mentor basically provides Treatment Foster Care to children and adolescents with mental health disorders. After eight years with Mentor, in 2003, Tammy became the Program Director of In-home services for Family Service Partners (now Pressley Ridge). Tammy is presently the Executive Director for the services that Pressley Ridge provides in Central PA. She is presently on the Dauphin County Children and Youth Advisory Board, Dauphin County Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board, Healthy York County Coalition, Communities Practicing Resiliency and various committees throughout the region.
