Craig W. Chaney
Craig is an experienced E-Discovery Attorney who utilizes his diverse background in law, business and information technology to support the firm in various phases of discovery and advance the business development of the Records & E-Discovery practice group.
Craig’s responsibilities include the utilization of multiple document review and management software platforms to review and analyze electronic materials for relevance, confidentiality and privilege issues.
Craig frequently takes on the role of project manager where his responsibilities include supervising document review projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of document productions, privilege and redaction log preparation and filings, assisting with electronically stored information collections, and early case assessment including the application of technology assisted review and search terms to help reduce client costs.
Craig has helped the firm’s litigation teams devise legal strategy and prepare for key witness interviews, depositions and trial by presenting discovery related findings in national mass tort, financial, product liability, securities, intellectual property, medical and regulatory disputes.
In addition, Craig has prepared materials for business development presentations and proposals, and researched, developed and presented materials for discovery-focused Continuing Legal Education programs.
