BRANDY L. ERBELDING

Brandy Erbelding is an associate in the Corporate & Commercial Group of Babst Calland. Ms. Erbelding’s practice focuses on general corporate and transactional matters, including real estate transactions, commercial contracts, and advising on intellectual property matters.
Ms. Erbelding received her undergraduate degree from Grove City College in 2015, earning a B.S. in Business Management. She received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2017. Ms. Erbelding served as style editor for The Journal of Law and Public Policy at Grove City College and then went on to serve as a journal staff member and blog author for the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law.
With the encouragement of the Wake Forest Law School community, Ms. Erbelding adapted the mental training skill set from her collegiate athletic career to develop and found Limitless, a professional practice mental training program, which teaches law students and professionals how to develop skills that foster a mindset for enhanced performance.
Prior to joining Babst Calland, Ms. Erbelding worked with in-house counsel for corporations in the Pittsburgh area where she handled legal review of software consulting service agreements, corporate governance guidelines, anti-corruption policies, and other general corporate matters.
Memberships and Affiliations
Ms. Erbelding was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2018 and is a member of the Allegheny County and American Bar associations.
